Our Core Values...
Creativity – Prayer-birthed ingenuity, fueled by prophetic unction and action is the key to catching
the wave of the Spirit in these days. New wine is being poured out everyday. Those who dare to “
color
outside the lines
” by hearing and obeying the Spirit everyday, independent from the crowd, without a
thought of “
the way it’s always been,” will hold the new wine forever.

Empowerment – As John Maxwell has said, “If you want to be a successful leader, you have to be
an empowerer…Only secure leaders are able to give power to others…Only empowered people can
reach their potential
.” Empowerment is powerful. We are not afraid to work ourselves out of the job
over and over and over again for the good of all those who wish to be restored, equipped and launched
into their divine purpose. We do not care to develop followers, only leaders, because we believe in the
intrinsic value of every single man, woman, boy and girl. "
It is only as we develop others that we
permanently succeed
" (Harvey S. Firestone).

Freedom – It’s one thing to speak of liberty; it’s quite another to live it, within the context of hearing
and obeying the voice of Jesus, without any fear of being scorned. We are free to dance, sing, live and
grow. The only legitimate form of control is self-control which is a fruit of the life of the Holy Spirit
within our lives. Therefore, we trust the Lord to lead and adjust us as He sees fit, in His wisdom, not
ours. Some say we are too zealous, too driven, but we say, “
We will become even more undignified
than this
” (See 2 Samuel 6:22).

Diversity – Unity is not uniformity. We hate prejudice of any kind because God loves diversity and so
do we. Every puzzle-piece is different but when they are put together, as they should be, by the Lord
and not us, they form a beautiful picture that pleases Him.

Inter-dependent Teamwork - The Body of Christ is a mutually-supportive team and Christ, the
Head, is the Coach. Our collective success is dependant upon the efforts of every team member.
Together, we can accomplish anything when hear and obey His voice. When we work together to
accomplish Christ’s will and not our own, His Kingdom will come and His will will be done, in the earth,
as it is in heaven.

Humility – Our Lord is near to those who are of a broken and contrite heart and there is nothing we
want more than His manifest nearness. He gives His grace to the humble and resists the proud. To be
humble is to stay submissively dependant upon the Lord for
everything; to trust Him and totally
distrust "
self"; to prayerfully hear and obey Him (His Word and His Spirit), so that we stay teachable
and pliable, in agreement with
His thoughts, feelings and desires (and not our own).

Selflessness – Being others-centered, for their eternal good, is a key ingredient for fulfilling all that
the Lord wants to accomplish in and through His many-membered Body in the earth. To think more
highly of others than we do of ourselves; to do nothing out of selfish ambition or vein conceit, is the
heart of Jesus (Rom. 12:3; Phil. 2:3). When we become a Christian, we lose the right to think about
ourselves.

Love – “Love never gives up. Love cares more for others than for self. Love doesn't want what it
doesn't have. Love doesn't strut, doesn't have a swelled head, doesn't force itself on others, isn't
always 'me first,' doesn't fly off the handle, doesn't keep score of the sins of others, doesn't revel when
others grovel, takes pleasure in the flowering of truth, puts up with anything, trusts God always,
always looks for the best, never looks back, but keeps going to the end. Love never dies

(1 Cor. 13:4-8, the Message)

Constant Change – It is imperative that we remain in a place of constant change (a.k.a. divine crisis)
until we reach the exact likeness of Christ Himself. The Chinese word for "crisis" is made up of two
concepts involving
danger and opportunity. This state of regular change is dangerous to those who
crave comfort as it requires us to depend on Christ alone for everything, in every way, without fail.
The only way we can do this is by keeping our eyes set on His intention above all things. If we live out
of our hearts, out of our spirits, in tune with the Holy Spirit, we will excel in the face of change, until we
eventually think, speak and live just like Him - this is the
opportunity for which we were born.
